Developed by Dr. Moshe Feldenkrais and carried forward in his mind-body tradition by Mia Segal, MBS Feldenkrais is a powerful method for integrating mind-body connection and awareness all types of athletes, including equestrians.

Tina is a Master Level practitioner and has taught MBS Feldenkrais all over the world. There are two ways to experience and incorporate Feldenkrais into your rider fitness and maintenance program:

ATM (Awareness Through Movement)

  • Group sessions which are incorporated into the Rider Within classes and ideal as an introduction to Feldenkrais work.

FI (Functional Integration)

  • One on One private session with Tina to address specific issues.
